First Changi Development, subsidiary of parent company GuocoLand, was awarded the tender after it submitted a top bid of $530.9 million ($698 psf per ppr). This bid price is considered moderate as compared to the gung ho bid price at $776 psf ppr paid by MCC Land for Tre Residences Geylang East Avenue 1 land parcel in January 2014 which drew 16 competitive bidders.
